Parental Controls

Parental control settings include activating and configuring the options that exist on each device, video game and application to strengthen the safety of minors in the digital world. It is important to note that we do not do this through a software or application, we show you how to personally apply all possible parental controls to your devices at home so that you can have full control and knowledge in regards to what type of access your kids have to the online world.
There are many platforms and parental control configuration options out there. At digitalsake we constantly test and evaluate all existing options to have the best solutions for each device, game, app, etc and we take a look at your personal situation at home. It is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. We also have “tricks” that we have perfected over time which you won’t find in tutorials on the Internet.
No, digitalsake guides parents step by step through video conferencing. We encourage parents to know how to set-up parental controls so that they can make the necessary adjustments in the future.
Yes, if your child uses any type of digital device (iPad, tablet cell phone, computer, television) it is recommended that you set up parental controls. Moreover, it is better that you do it before it becomes a struggle of power or more of a challenge (example: asking a teenager for a cell phone).
Our parental control service is mainly technical, while our family balance service is mainly psychological. It is the perfect complement to guide parents in the process of healthy integration of technology in family life or dynamics.
We live in a world where children, no matter how good and healthy they may be, are vulnerable to a digital world where they may see or hear things that they are not prepared to handle. It is our responsibility as parents to seek help and resources to incorporate digital devices and engagement in a positive and healthy manner. This is not a question but rather an argument that many parents use to tell us that they do not need to install parental controls.
